FEDERAL BLVD. MEDIAN Improvements

HCG Construction completed median improvements along Federal Boulevard as part of CDOT’s Phase 3 safety and infrastructure enhancements. Scope of work included removal of existing medians, construction of new raised concrete medians, curb and gutter, ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps, and landscaping features to improve both safety and aesthetics.
