rutgers allen ditch culvert replacement

HCG Construction replaced the aging box culvert at Rutgers Street over the Allen Ditch to improve drainage capacity, roadway stability, and public safety. Work included demolition and removal of the existing structure, installation of a new reinforced concrete box culvert, roadway reconstruction, guardrail installation, and site restoration.
